Are you new to rollerskating? Thinking about taking some Learn to Skate Lessons? Or have a pair of rollerskates gathering dust in the closet? This 4 week workshop will help you get Ready to Rolla!

This 4 week workshop will get your body ready to kick-ass on rollerskates. An off-skates fitness program that focuses on building the muscles, balance and stability needed for rollerskating. Please bring your skates for resistance work and a yoga mat (if you have them). No rollerskating experience required.
