Rolla Workout Class – Get Fit and have some Fucking Fun!
* Sundays 12pm to 1pm – Poirier Forum,
Rollerderby skaters are bad-ass. But you don’t have to play rollerderby to feel like a Super-Hero on eight wheels. Our signature Rolla Workout class with make you strong, confident and powerful on your rollerskates and in life. All in a safe and welcoming environment – no flying elbows guaranteed!
You will need:
* Pair of rollerskates
* Knee pads, wrist guards (elbow pads optional)
Classes have modifications for all levels and no prior rollerderby experience is required. You must be able to skate forwards, turn around & stop confidently on your rollerskates. Rollerskates and protective gear is available to borrow for this class – you must sign up at least 24 hours in advance to borrow skates & gear.
