Reservation & Cancellation Policy for Adult Classes
Reservations for single classes open 8 days in advance. (ie. Learn, Play, Power, Rolla Dance Advanced, Tuesday workshops)
We require 12 hours notice for cancellation of registration in classes.
Monthly members who cancel a spot in a member class after the 12-hour deadline will be charged a $10 late cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged $25.
Credit pack holders will lose the class credit if spot is cancelled after the 12-hour deadline.
Kids, Youth and Teens Programs – Cancellation Policy
Initial Registration fees for Kids, Youth and Teens Programs are non-refundable.
- Requests to withdraw from the program received four weeks or more before the first day of the course will not be charged any further tuition payments (excluding the non-refundable registration fee).
- Withdrawal requests received less than four weeks before the first day of the course of the program will be required to pay the first tuition payment only.
- Withdrawal requests less than 7 days after the first day of the course will be required to pay the first and second tuition payments.
- Withdrawal requests received 7 days or more after the first day of the course will be subject to payment in full for all tuition payments for the entirety of the term.
Intro to Rolla Class Policy
Cancellation of Intro to Rolla classes requires 48 hours’ notice. Late class cancellations for Intro to Rolla will be charged a $10 rescheduling fee. No shows will be charged at the rate of the missed session.
Refund Policy
We are unable to offer refunds on classes, drop-ins, programs or memberships. All online store sales are non-refundable and only valid for programs listed.
Workshops or Progressive Classes require 7 days’ notice before the start date for cancellation. We are unable to offer refunds/credits on missed classes during Workshops and/or Progressives.
Event tickets and/or rentals sold through Rolla Skate Club are non-refundable and are not transferable. All ticket inquiries should be directed to info@ticketleader.ca.
Memberships Policy – Adults
Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
All memberships have a fixed term of use for classes. Class credits will expire at the end of the membership term.
Membership Cancellation – Adult Memberships
Month to Month Memberships are auto-renewing on the same billing day each month and may be cancelled at any time with 14 days notice prior to billing and/or cancellation date. If you need to cancel your membership, please fill out this form. Memberships cannot be cancelled retroactively or refunded after billing has been processed.
Term Memberships or promotional memberships with a fixed duration can only be cancelled at the completion date of the term. For more information, please refer to the membership contract in the Communications section of your member account.
Membership Changes – Adult Memberships
Membership change requests will be processed up until the billing date. There are no fees for upgrading or downgrading a membership. Please allow 14 days notice for any changes to memberships. We do not offer pauses or holds to memberships. If you are injured at Rolla, we will reach out to you via email to see if you need to suspend your membership while you recover. If you are injured outside Rolla, we can suspend your membership for a minimum of 1 month up to a maximum of 3 months, this option requires a doctors note submitted via email to hello @ rollaskateclub.com
