Class Reservation & Cancellation Policy

Rolla Class reservations open up 8 days in advance.

Rolla Skate Club requires 12 hours notice of cancellation for regular classes. (See below for special classes)

Late class cancels for regular in-person classes will be charged at the rate of the missed session. No shows will be charged at the rate of the missed session plus a $10 no show fee. Exceptions are listed in the COVID-19 policy.

Intro to Rollerskating Policy

Cancellation of Intro to Rollerskating classes requires 48 hours’ notice.

Late class cancels for Intro to Rollerskating will be charged a $10 rescheduling fee. No shows will be charged at the rate of the missed session.

Rollerskating 101 Policy

Due to extremely high demand, cancellation or rescheduling of a Rollerskating 101 class requires 7 days’ notice.

Refunds or rescheduling cannot be provided less than 7 days before the course start date. We are unable to offer refunds/credits on missed classes during the course.

Late class cancels for Rollerskating 101 will be charged a $20 rescheduling fee. No shows will be charged at the rate of the missed session.

Refund Policy

We are unable to offer refunds on classes, drop-ins, or memberships.

Workshops or Progressive Classes require 7 days notice from the start date for cancellation. We are unable to offer refunds/credits on missed classes during Workshops and/or Progressives.

Event tickets and/or rentals sold through Rolla Skate Club are non-refundable and are not transferable.

Memberships Policy

Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

All memberships have a fixed term of use for classes. Classes credits will expire at the end of the membership term.

Membership Cancellation

Memberships are auto-renewing month to month and may be cancelled with no penalty up to fourteen days before the billing date. Late Cancellation Fee $20 will apply for any cancellation requests received less than 14 days before the billing date. Retroactive cancellations requests will not be processed.

Membership Changes

Membership change requests will be processed up until the billing date. No fee for membership upgrades, a Membership Change Fee $20 will apply for downgrades on any membership plans (first downgrade free).

Membership Holds

Membership billing may be paused for up to 2 months and a maximum of two times per calendar year. A $20 Membership Hold Fee will apply for each month on hold – with exceptions for illness/injury.

No drop-in classes are permitted while your membership is on hold.

Membership Re-activation Fee

Subsequent to initial membership sign-up, a $45 Membership Signup Fee will apply to any additional memberships purchased. ​
