Class Reservation & Cancellation Policy

Rolla Class reservations open up 8 days in advance.

Rolla Skate Club requires 12 hours notice of cancellation for regular classes. (See below for special classes)

Late class cancels for regular in-person classes will be charged at the rate of the missed session. No shows will be charged at the rate of the missed session plus a $10 no show fee. Exceptions are listed in the COVID-19 policy.

Intro to Rollerskating Policy

Cancellation of Intro to Rollerskating classes requires 48 hours’ notice.

Late class cancels for Intro to Rollerskating will be charged a $10 rescheduling fee. No shows will be charged at the rate of the missed session.

Rollerskating 101 Policy

Due to extremely high demand, cancellation or rescheduling of a Rollerskating 101 class requires 7 days’ notice.

Refunds or rescheduling cannot be provided less than 7 days before the course start date. We are unable to offer refunds/credits on missed classes during the course.

Late class cancels for Rollerskating 101 will be charged a $20 rescheduling fee. No shows will be charged at the rate of the missed session. Attendance in the first session is mandatory please contact us if you cannot attend.  

Included with the purchase of a Rollerskating 101 course is a one month Trial Membership (unlimited access to regular Rolla classes). This membership is non-refundable and non-transferable. No monetary value. Membership will automatically end 30 days from course start date – no extensions allowed. Progressive courses are not included. Failure to attend the first class results in forfeiture of complimentary membership.

Refund Policy

We are unable to offer refunds on classes, drop-ins, or memberships. All online store sales are non-refundable and only valid for programs listed. 

Workshops or Progressive Classes require 7 days notice from the start date for cancellation. We are unable to offer refunds/credits on missed classes during Workshops and/or Progressives.

Event tickets and/or rentals sold through Rolla Skate Club are non-refundable and are not transferable.

Memberships Policy

Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

All memberships have a fixed term of use for classes. Classes credits will expire at the end of the membership term.

Membership Cancellation

Memberships are auto-renewing month to month and may be cancelled at any time with 3 days (72 hours) notice. Please contact hello@rollaskateclub.com to cancel. Memberships cannot be cancelled retroactively or refunded after billing has been processed.

Membership Changes

Membership change requests will be processed up until the billing date. There are no fees for upgrading or downgrading a membership. Please allow 3 business days for processing.

Membership Pauses

Travelling or out of town for work? Just need a break? Rolla Memberships can be put on pause at no cost two times per calendar year. A pause must be a minimum of 2 weeks up to a maximum of 3 months per pause. Please contact hello@rollaskateclub.com if you need to put your membership on pause. Please allow 3 business days for processing. 

Pauses due to Injury
Memberships can be paused due to injury with receipt of a doctors note or an Rolla Injury report. Please contact hello@rollaskateclub.com if you are injured and need to pause your membership. Memberships can be paused due to injury for up to 6 months.

No drop-in classes are permitted while your membership is on pause.
