Class Reservation & Cancellation Policy
Reservations for single classes open 8 days in advance. (ie. Learn, Play, Power, Rolla Dance Advanced, Tuesday workshops)
We require 12 hours notice for cancellation of registration in classes.
Unlimited members who cancel a spot in a member class after the 12-hour deadline will be charged a $10 late cancellation fee. No shows will be charged $25.
Restricted memberships (Class, Punchcard) will lose the class credit if spot is cancelled after the 12-hour deadline.
Exceptions are listed in the COVID-19 policy.
Intro to Rolla Policy
Cancellation of Intro to Rolla classes requires 48 hours’ notice.
Late class cancels for Intro to Rolla will be charged a $10 rescheduling fee. No shows will be charged at the rate of the missed session.
Refund Policy
We are unable to offer refunds on classes, drop-ins, or memberships. All online store sales are non-refundable and only valid for programs listed.
Workshops or Progressive Classes require 7 days notice from the start date for cancellation. We are unable to offer refunds/credits on missed classes during Workshops and/or Progressives.
Event tickets and/or rentals sold through Rolla Skate Club are non-refundable and are not transferable.
Memberships Policy
Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
All memberships have a fixed term of use for classes. Class credits will expire at the end of the membership term.
Membership Cancellation
Memberships are auto-renewing month to month and may be cancelled at any time with 3 days (72 hours) notice. Please contact hello@rollaskateclub.com to cancel. Memberships cannot be cancelled retroactively or refunded after billing has been processed.
Membership Changes
Membership change requests will be processed up until the billing date. There are no fees for upgrading or downgrading a membership. Please allow 3 business days for processing.
Membership Pauses
Travelling or out of town for work? Just need a break? Rolla Memberships can be put on pause at no cost up to two times per calendar year. A pause must be a minimum of 2 weeks per instance, up to a maximum of 3 months per year cumulative. Please contact hello@rollaskateclub.com if you need to put your membership on pause. Please allow 3 business days for processing.
Pauses due to Injury
Memberships can be paused due to injury with receipt of a doctors note or an Rolla Injury report. Please contact hello@rollaskateclub.com if you are injured and need to pause your membership. Memberships can be paused due to injury for up to 6 months.
No classes or courses are permitted on a paused membership.
