Ticket sales are final; tickets are not transferable or refundable. Tickets are associated with the name of the purchaser.

You do not need to print your ticket confirmation; we will check you in at the event based on the name associated with the ticket purchase.

Organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to, or remove, anyone who is intoxicated, wearing a costume or attire deemed offensive (see FAQ), or otherwise disrupting everyone else's good time. There will be no refunds provided.

Frequently Asked Questions:

- Is the BC Vaccine Card required for entry?
Yes, you will need to provide valid proof of at least partial vaccination to enter the skating area, including proof of partial or full vaccination plus government ID (ID not required for skaters under 19). No exceptions. Everything you need to know about the BC Vaccine Card here We will accept paper and out of province alternatives as described on the BC Vaccine Card website linked above.
- Are masks mandatory for this event?
 Masks are optional at this event. The venue is outdoor, covered, with a high roof.
- Should I wear a costume? 
We encourage creative, on-theme attire, accessories, or costumes! However, we have a strict refusal policy for any costume that is deemed racist, overtly appropriative, derogatory, or otherwise in poor taste.  Please do not dress as a culture or ethnicity that is not your own; this will not be tolerated. Enforcement of this policy is at the sole discretion of event organizers and all decisions are final.
- Can I bring my own rollerskates or rollerblades?
Yes, you're welcome to! Choose "I have my own" under the skates options when purchasing your ticket. Inline skaters please note: blades move faster than quad skates. Please ensure your skating speed contributes to everyone's enjoyment and safety.
- Do you need to have experience rollerskating to attend?
Everyone is welcome, but there will not be formal instruction available.
- How do I get there / where do I park?
- The Shipyards is a 5 minute walk from the Lonsdale Quay sea bus and transit terminal! Transit is encouraged. There is paid parking under the Shipyards, accessible from Victory Ship Way. The official address is 125 Victory Ship Way, North Vancouver, BC
- Is the event indoor or outdoors? What if it rains?
The Shipyards venue is outdoor, but covered with a huge beautiful roof. This event will proceed, rain or shine. Dress according to the outdoor evening temperature.
-  Are outside food and drinks allowed?
There are lots of restaurants and food establishments near the venue; you're welcome to enjoy your takeout food outside the skating perimeter. Do not bring food or drink on the skating surface, for everyone's safety and enjoyment.
- Is the space accessible?
Yes!
- Will there be public access to bathrooms? 
Yes!
- How about lockers? Where do I put my shoes?
There are limited coin-operated lockers available near the washrooms. Please do not bring valuables with you. People generally leave their shoes and bags around the perimeter of the space. Organizers cannot guarantee security of any personal items. There is no coat check or shoe check available.
- Can I get a deal for tickets for a group?
We are not able to accommodate group sales at this event.
- What kind of wheels should I use?
The surface is buttery smooth polished concrete. All rollerskate wheels are super groovy here; you'll enjoy an indoor or hybrid wheel. If you have no idea what any of this means, don't sweat it, you'll love it!
